How do I know this program is right for me?
I deeply believe in following the guidance of your intuition. If any part of you has felt a pull towards this program, you know it’s right. If at any point while reading this, you said “Yes! That’s me!”, you know it’s right. If you’ve desired to feel more wholeness and aliveness in your life, then this is for you.
I feel like I’ve tried everything. How is this any different than what I’ve already done? Will it be helpful to me?
Most training and wellness programs start at the level of action and ignore mindset and energetics. What this leads to is relying solely on willpower to get you through it, and when willpower fades, so do your results. My approach works from the inside out, including subconscious reprogramming and neural manifestation. This means you clear the blocks that make it so hard to stick with your healthy intentions and cause you to fall back into old coping mechanisms. My approach is a holistic one in which you get guidance on how to manifest the best version of you from the level of your spirit, mind, and physical body. There is nothing else like it with this level of one-on-one support where you get to lean on my knowledge and experience from both eastern and western philosophies to health and wellbeing. It is truly an integrated approach.

I’m already really busy. Will I have time for this?
Absolutely! You need less than 3 hours a week. And the benefit of personalized one-on-one coaching is that your program gets to be totally customizable to your unique situation and needs. Plus, after you start to see the amazing results you’ll get, you’ll want to make time for this.
How many hours a week will I be investing?
In addition to our 60 minute virtual session, I recommend spending 1-2 hours per week on program material and/or any action items we come up with during the session.
Is this program only for women?
I’m glad you asked. I welcome people of all identities including LGBTQ+ and people of any background and ability level to be a part of the Integrated Self Program. I take a blended yin and yang approach to coaching to powerfully integrate your own masculine and feminine energies throughout our time together. We also work together to decide if a softer or firmer approach is best for you.
What is the investment for this program?
ISP is an extremely personalized program. Package lengths and prices vary to truly serve your needs. You can receive up to 15% off when you choose to pay in full during your free clarity session. I genuinely care about your journey in holistic wellbeing, and I want to ensure that finances are not a barrier to accessing the support and guidance you deserve. That's why I also offer flexible three and six month payment plans, allowing you to invest in your well-being without financial strain.
Do we meet in person or virtual?
Virtual. This is to allow you more accessibility, convenience, and flexibility. No commute required!

I’ve never done personal development work before. Will I get lost if I try to do this program?
No additional experience is required to join The Integrated Self Program. If you ever feel lost or unsure during the process, and this is a natural part of the coaching experience, I will be with you every step of the way to help you find your path and take positive steps forward.
Are there scheduled times I need to be available, or is this a self-paced program I can work on when it best fits my schedule?
Our virtual sessions are live but I have a variety of appointment times, including evenings and weekends. The program material is self-paced and can be done at any time of your choosing.
