How to Manifest Anything You Want

When I learned that manifestation work is a scientific process with formulas you can follow, the science nerd in me was all in!
I’m a big fan of the manifestation formula Lacy Phillips teaches in her signature To Be Magnetic membership.
Manifestation means to create your reality.
My process started young. As I was entering my freshman year of college and reflecting on my life at that point, wondering how I was going to make it in the world, I realized that anything I’ve ever really wanted, I’ve been able to get.
I had innate confidence and I trusted my intuition that life would work out for me. At least in the areas I was expanded in already - you’ll learn more about this later. That realization alone made me feel powerful enough to go after what I wanted.
Ten years later, when I discovered the term manifestation I thought “Oh, that’s what this thing called? I know how to do that. I do it all the time!”
Hold on to that memory, because that is the seed of your magic. And you are stocked full of magic. You just have to learn how to tap into it.
Lacy teaches a tri-cyclical approach to manifestation: Unblock <> Expand <> Aligned Action.
Based in neuroscience and quantum physics, it is rooted in the idea that you manifest from your subconscious beliefs not from your conscious thoughts.

Unblock
This term refers to the process of psychologically healing your wounds.
It involves getting to the root of your inaction, fear, doubt, trauma and using principles of neuroplasticity to rewire the brain and let go of the blocks with powerful self-reflection, somatic work, and meditation. Once unblocked, the negative feelings dissipate.
You find clarity, resistance is released, and action becomes easier.

Expand
The purpose of expanding is for the subconscious to see to believe that what you desire is possible.
You’re providing your brain proof of concept.
My favorite example of this is the story of Roger Bannister. Nobody believed it was humanly possible to run a mile under 4 minutes. Then one day, Roger blew everyone’s mind and ran a sub four minute mile.
Since then, almost two thousand athletes have been able to achieve this previously-thought-to-be-impossible task. Roger expanded them and now that they knew it was possible, they did it.
There are various ways to expand, including looking at examples from your own past or finding others who have what you desire. The goal here is to say “Oh, they can do it, I can do it too.” or “I’ve done this before, I can do it again!” For the runner’s of Roger’s time, they just had to look at him and say “Roger ran a mile under four minutes, so can I.”

Aligned Action
We are physical beings in the physical plane and therefore to manifest into the physical plane, action is required. Action can look like anything. Even inaction can be an aligned action in some cases.
Those who skip this step often end up in the category of “wishful thinkers”.
Aligned Action is where your dreams become reality.
I believe the key ingredient in aligned action lies in the somatic. When action feels constricted in your body, likely, something is still blocking you.
Blocked action leaves you going in circles and progress is slow or stagnant. So the term aligned here does not just refer to action that is aligned with your goals, it must be aligned with your authentic self, and with your body, too.
This is my favorite area to coach people on because it is the easiest place to play detective and figure out what’s missing in your manifestation process.
I've used the TBM formula to manifest amazing things in my life including
and so much more!
So/ that’s manifestation, in a nutshell! I hope you found this post informative and inspiring.
There are other methods of manifestation out there and I encourage you to explore.
Find the method that intuitively feels good in your body, and the teacher or guide that you are naturally attracted to. Your intuition is never wrong, so follow it.
